I am looking for the code from the book "C Algorithms for Digital
Signal Processing", Paul Embree and Bruce Kimble. I borrowed a copy of the
book but there is no disk attached. Has anyone already typed these into a 
file somewhere? The source is all there in print, but it looks like an arduous
typing task.
