Lines: 31 Hi, A couple of weeks ago I sent the attached request to this group. I received no answers to this query, so I shall extend it and ask whether anyone has an optimised coding in an high level language (C would be nice), for spline generation. --------- Does anyone have 80x86 assembly code for spline generation? Any type of spline is ok but B-spline would be the ideal. The reason I want this is for the speed advantage, I presume, it would have over a higher level language version. Therefore, hand coded assembly code is required, and not the output from a high level compiler. Code which uses a 80x87 is ok but is not necessary. One final point, this code should be public domain. Maybe due to the high level of maths involved an assembly version does not have a significant speed advantage over a higher level version. If this is true would you let me know. Thanks, Bob. ---------- Thanks again, Bob. Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
