I agree fully that it would be a shame if anyone paid AT&T based on information in this letter. But it seems more likely that this posting will help people figure out how to write their own letters to this AT&T person complaining bitterly about AT&T's misguided policy. At least that's what occurred to me when I saw it. Dennis
