I saw a posting saying New and Dispose were added in version 3.0. Not true. I thought I remembered using them in 2.0 in college; so, I pulled out my TP version 2.0 reference manual ( remeber when there was only ONE 250+ page manual? ) and found the references to New and Dispose right next to Mark and Release. I hate Mark and Release. Only good use I ever found for them was throwing an entire Binary tree away at the end of a program :-). Anyway, that was so long ago I had to look it up to be sure my memory was right - This is not a flame! :-) tom THOMAS E.
