I would like to thank everyone who sent me their random generators.  I decided
that I wanted to allow it to be truely random(or at least as random as
possible) so I decided to let the system time in second be the starting seed. 
Since the seconds are in the format 00.00 there are 60*99 different possible
seeds.  if anyone is interrested then drop me a note.
