I would be interested in knowing if there are
any public domain tools to build parsers in 
Prolog. What I have in mind is something like YACC for Prolog.
I am interested in anything that can build an LR compiler,
I am not interested in compiler-compilers that build other
kinds of machines (LL etc).

Could anybody give me some pointers to existing software?
If there is any interest in the answer I can collect and post.
