I am not going to include the text from this post since it's so childish.

The poster of the rude and insulting reply to the question would do well to
bear the following in mind :

1. Everyone has to start somewhere , if someone wants to ask a question on the
net , about anything , they deserve an answer not abuse.

2. Very few of us know all the answers , next time you might ask a question I
find trivial I can answer that patiently with some humour maybe or ignore it 
what nobody deserves is personal attacks of that sort.

Enough said ??
