I'm a new user on VAX/VMS and have to reply to somebody in Portugal at
'RAY@fct.unl.pt', but I get always a message saying the adress was unknown.
What does this mean? Can anyone tell me in what newsgroup I better ask my
question if this one isn't appropriate? Is anybody presently at UNL in Portugal 
and can help me?
