On a IIfx (68030 x 30Mhz) I do Telebit speeds in the background all the time and get roughly 1330 cps throughput (please no cps-rate wars). On the lowly MacPlus (68000 x 8MHz) I can do 2400 baud rates without a hitch, but I have no info on Telebit speeds for the MacPlus. Therefore, I would think with the proper horse power, one could do Windows UUCP in the background. tim. ------------------------------------------------------------- Tim Endres | time@ice.com ICE Engineering | uupsi!ice.com!time 8840 Main Street | Voice FAX Whitmore Lake MI. 48189 | (313) 449 8288 (313) 449 9208
