While you're perusing the specs of the Motorola Sigma Delta A/D, you might want
to give Moto a call and ask about a rumored AES/EBU chip. A good path may be to
connect both chips to a Moto 56000. As I understand, both connect right up to
that CPU without any added glue logic.

That way, any other processing you would decide to do on the data would at least
