When I called the 800 number the rep couldn't tell me if anything other than Borland C++ 2.0 is required to generate complete MS Windows 3.0 applications. OK, SDK is not required. I guess I need MS Windows 3.0 to test applications. Is any part of the MS Windows 3.0 programming suite required to generate complete MS Windows applications?
