My most recent battle - I needed to Actually, I think they're trying to grab more money from us... By providing completely inadequate documentation with their products (and this is not limited to MSC, check out such dogs as the W4W docs), they force you to go out and buy their Microsoft Press books on the damn thing. So they save themselves money on the software package, and they prop up their MS Press. "We don't care. We don't have to. We're MicroSoft." [with app. to Lilly Tomlin...]
