I am using RTLINK/PLUS whith MS-Fortran and GKS graphick package.
It works very well.
It is pageing to extmem, expmem or disk,  whatever you have.
The documentation is good and readable.  I used about 2 days to link my
first program,  bur mybee I am a little slow.

I no longer have any problems with the program size.
