Things (at least one) have been submitted.  Since last November I have twice
submitted a program that I wrote.  I have corresponded intermittently with
the moderator, Tom Haapanen, on a number of occasions.  I was told that 
there have been few submissions and that he has not had much opportunity to
look them over.

I am not criticizing the Tom, but if other programs are in the queue
I'm sure we would all be interested in seeing them.  If its simply an
unavailabilty of time, perhaps we should select a new moderator.
