Message-ID: <10186@orca.wv.tek.com> Date: 22 Feb 91 21:59:22 GMT Sender: nobody@orca.wv.tek.com Reply-To: andrew@frip.wv.tek.com Organization: Tektronix, Wilsonville, Oregon Lines: 9 My Toshiba laptop computer contains a half-height hard disk drive that screams at a high frequency, somewhere in the range 16-20 kHz. I'm looking for a way to reduce the noise. (Acoustic insulation which stops high frequency noise? -- but which allows adequate cooling?) Any ideas would be gratefully received. -=- Andrew Klossner (uunet!tektronix!frip.WV.TEK!andrew) [UUCP] (andrew%frip.wv.tek.com@relay.cs.net) [ARPA] Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
