Their phone number is >214/241-6060. Yes, the RamWorks III is still in production, but it won't work in a Franklin. It only fits the auxiliary slot of a IIe. Applied Engineering does make another card, though. It's called RamFactor and will fit in any slot. The card itself can hold up to 1 meg; a 4-meg piggyback and a battery-backup system are also available for the RamFactor.
