It has been shipping for a while. IBM TCP/IP for OS/2 V1.1 does not to my knowledge support Netbios. Ungermann-Bass is rumored to have an OS/2 TCP Netbios. I have not seen it. Excelan (now Novell) once shipped LAN Workplace for OS/2 w/ TCP & Netbios. I have no idea if it still is shipping. Racal-Interlan once shipped NP628, an intelligent card TCP/NETBIOS which ran under OS/2. I believe they have discontinued the product. Thats the list that I am aware of.
