Hammel) Organization: Dell Computer Corp. Lines: 19 I'm using the Clarkson Packet Drivers (7.x) and CUTCP (2.2D) on a Wyse286 PC. The system has an IBM VGA card and an MFM disk controller in it. When I use a WD8003EB the cards shared memory address keeps getting reset to 80000 and the packet driver says that the suggested address is already in use. When I use a 3C503 the packet driver loads ok, but telneting to the UNIX host doesn't complete (can't make a TCP connection). I think theres something mucking with the packet drivers ability to work properly but don't know what to look for. Both cards were supposed to be run at IRQ 5, Base I/O 300, and shared mem dc000. Is there a way to turn on some sort of debugging when I start either telbin or the packet driver so I can see whats going on? Michael J.
