The only known problems with that system are: 1) the shell (/bin/sh) will sometimes die during the build procedure. You can overcome that problem by unsetenv'ing as much of the environment as possible. Having PATH and USER should be good enough. 2) compiling with optimization enabled fails on certain modules.
