Does anybody know where a version of metaconfig (the configure script
generator written by Larry Wall) that works with perl 3 can be found?

The official metaconfig, part of the dist2.0 package, only works with
perl 2, no longer available.  The latest version of metaconfig is not
yet ready for distribution, but someone must have patched the old me-
taconfig to work with perl 3.  FTP addresses are OK.
