Generic zip is still in beta testing and probably won't be released for two or three months. Generic unzip, v4.01, is available on Simtel and its mirror sites as unzip401.{arc|tar-z}; it's scattered around various directories, including [msdos.zip], [misc.vaxvms], and (I think) [misc.unix]. Version 4.1 is due out shortly and, Info-ZIP moderator willing and able, will be posted to either c.s.unix or c.s.misc (probably the former).
