Please help! I'm stuck in 'James Bond: The Stealth Affair'.

I _think_ what I need to know is how to get the bracelet from the annoying
little man on the beach. I find I lose all of my remaining currency when I
am captured and put in the cave by the two spies...do I need to find some
place to stash my money before they grab me? Or is there something besides
the flower I should be spending my money on? The little man never shows up
'til I'm broke!

Also, has anybody noticed that there seems to be a phantom window in the
middle of the garden? Is that just a bug or is there something there?

Please try and give me the smallest hint possible! :)
