    Does anyone know how well those "hand-Scanners" work?
    Are the models for the Amiga and the PC any different?
    I have the opportunity to pick up a PC hand scanner
    cheap, but I am sure that I need at least some basic 
    software to get it running.  Is anything like this 
    available in the PD???
