It's available by anon. ftp from wuarchive.wustl.edu in directory mirrors/unix-c/utils, filename: mtools.tar-z. I believe that SunOS 4.1.1 actually supports MS-DOS floppies directly anyway (although I can't confirm that for definite as we don't have any SPARC's running 4.1.1 *and* having a floppy drive.
