One of the chapters is devoted completely to this subject. This book is available from ISD Marketing directly for $29.95 (US) or $34.95 (Can), and can only be purchased by registered users of Calamus. This book also has many useful tips on Calamus. I'm sure I saw information outlining the use of 8 bit greyscale on SL, and there were many different screening options for greyscale images. As for the availability of Calamus SL, I think it should be coming quite soon now. I upgraded my Calamus disks last month at ISD, I was told to expect SL around March or April.
