I bought it two years ago, but I have never used it. The board accepts DRAM (not SIMMS) like an IBM-PC, and will allow you to go to 4Meg on the ST. Installation requires some soldering (but you knew that anyone), but all you need to know is in the manual. I payed about US$250 two years ago (the thing has lots of sockets!), and your bargain price is only US$125 cash. To really sweeten the deal, I'll throw in the first 2Megs to get you started. Straight away you could have 2.5Meg. I'd prefer to sell to someone in the San Francisco area, but others are welcome to contact me with some arrangement that suits them. Again: ST DRAM memory upgrade board for sale. o allows max 4Megs o some soldering required o software, manual, etc included o never used o FREE 2Megs of suitable DRAM (that's 2.5 in your 520/1040) Price: $125 cash green stuff Interested, then contact me at: djw@hpldsla.hp.com (415) 857-2638 (work) (415) 666-3640 (play) David Williams ___________________________________________________________________ Hewlett-Packard Scientific Instruments Division (SID) /\___________ 1601 California Ave, Palo Alto, CA, USA. /\______________/\________ phone: 415 857 6100.
