Lines: 21 Nntp-Posting-Host: cheetah.cs.uidaho.edu I just got off the phone with DEC Direct and found, to my surprise, that they don't sell 32Mb boards. I had thought that the 3rd party guys were just following DEC's lead. Why doesn't DEC sell a 32Mb board? The ROM (5.3) supports them if I understand correctly. Anyone have horror stories about 32Mb boards in their DECStation 5000? The reason I ask is that I'm about to buy memory and thought I'd get the 32Mb board since it wasn't that much more expensive and left me much more room for expansion later. --phil-- -- Phil Windley | windley@cheetah.cs.uidaho.edu Assistant Professor | windley@cs.uidaho.edu Department of Computer Science | University of Idaho | Phone: 208.885.6501 Moscow, ID 83843 | Fax: 208.885.6645 Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
