Message-ID: Date: 26 Feb 91 20:03:30 GMT Sender: kim@lut.fi (Kimmo Suominen) Distribution: comp Organization: Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland Lines: 12 Disclaimer: These are my opinions unless otherwise stated The xterm from HP doesn't seem to write anything reasonable to the utmp file's host field (it always @^B. At least on X11r4 xterm (on Suns) writes "host:0.0" to that field. So what I am looking for are the sources for X11 Release 3 xterm with possibly that utmp host field fixed. Any pointers? Btw, I think I don't have the xterm that mangles utmp as I don't have any trouble of that kind. -- Kim / Internet: Kimmo.Suominen@lut.fi "That's what I think." / Bitnet: KIM@FINFILES Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
