Dyer Computer Consulting, Cambridge MA Lines: 17 I thought I'd pass along a goodie that I got from Gateway 2000 Tech support (and it only took 15 minutes to get through :-) To configure the Diamond Speedstar to drive the Crystal Scan 1024NI select "custom" as monitor type. Then for 640X480 select line 1: 31.5 kHz, 60 Hz, and set H/V polarity -/- 800X600 line 4: 48.1 72 -/+ 1024X768 line 3: 48.9 60 +/+ After each option you will have the opportunity to center the display. When finished the setting will be stored so will only need to add VMODE CUSTOM to your autoexec.bat -- Jerry Natowitz Guest user on: ARPA jin@ursa-major.spdcc.com UUCP {ima,harvard,rayssd,linus,m2c}!spdcc!jin
