I have a Packard Bell 286, in a small footprint
case.  I would like to get a 386DX motherboard
that will fit in my Packard Bell case, and can
support a minimum of 4meg on the mother board. 

If anyone can reccomend a specific brand, and an
approximate price, I would appreciate it.
