I have a Trident VGA card (512k) and use the 640 x 480 x 256 colour mode.
Rather than use the video BIOS to write pixels on the screen I want
to do block moves directly into video memory, so that screen updates should
be much faster.  To do this I must bank switch the 64k window.

Does anyone know how to do this with the TVGA card. References to articles
or books would also be appreciated.
