I really like the IE license... to para- phrase: "We think software licenses where we deny all responsibility for any- thing that happens anywhere while you are using our software are stupid. We also realize that if you're not honest, a laughable software license isn't going to do anything but keep some lawyers employed. So we ask that you only use one copy at a time and that you don't give this program to your friends, but encourage them to buy it at the cheap price of $xx."
