Two points here: 1. Motorola runs a tremendously informative BBS that gives access to software and Motorola product information. I urge you to call it at: 512-891-3733, 2400 baud, No Parity, 8 databits, 1 stopbit. 2. Motorola has various deals available for students interested in using their products. In particular, there is a program that sells students the MC68HC11 (?, I think) development board and a ton of manuals for about $50.00. Heck of a deal. Also, they run a yearly (?) contest for undergrads to come up with hot ideas for using Motorola controllers. I am (obviously) shakey on the details, but you may want to look into it. Good luck with your project. Dave Doerschuk doerschu@rex.cs.tulane.edu
