I have a NEC multispeed that can configure a ram-disk.  I can use the ram disk
and floppy for LIM-EMS 3.2 expanded memory using a driver available from 
Softbyte (Vericomp).

Here's the description from a PC-Journal Buyer's Guide.

Virtual memory for programs designed to Lotus/Intel/Microsoft expanded memory
specification.  Uses fixed disk or RAM disk to simulate one or more expanded
memory boards.  Supports Lotus 1-2-3, Symphony, SuperCalc4 and Reflex.
