I am very interested in the Vericomp program mentioned as something to
put into the extra 128k memory on Tandy 1400HD. I'm going to call
later today, after phone rates drop.

Another possible use: put command.com out there. Doing so would/will
speed up i/o-thruput, as calls to command.com routines won't have to
go to the hard drive. I know this is possible, 'cuz I read something
somewhere about doing so, once upon a time. Just don't remember where.

Putting Command.Com into a ram disk can be accomplished via a set of
statements in either a Config.Sys file or Autoexec.Bat. Maybe both.
Does anyone out there know what those statments should be?
