Not that I'm aware of. I have MasterJuggler and like it a lot - it does many other things besides managing Fonts and DAs. You could load those DAs and fonts directly into the application you want to associate them with using Apple's Font/DA mover (hold down the option key when clicking the open button in the main dialog - this allows access to applications as well as to system files and font or DA suitcases) or with ResEdit. DAs loaded into applications will appear under the apple menu when that application is active, but not at other times.
