 Is there a way to make a Desk Accessory into an application? I'm thinking
 specifically of DeskPaint and DeskDraw from Zedcor. Both look quite capable,
 but I want them as applications (same reason I returned Vantage). The primary
 reason is so I can use Quickeys!

 What I tried is to clone DA Handler, change it's type to APPL, it's creator
 to BDBD, and installed a DA directly into it. I then launched it, and tried
 to open the DA. It worked sometimes, but was unstable.

 Is there any good way to achieve this?
