I have the opportunity to acquire an E-Machines "Big Picture" monochrome
two page display. It was previously used in an SE. I have an SE/30. A
few phone calls have revealed that E-Machines will "upgrade" the card
from the SE for $200. The old card is supposedly incompatible with the
SE/30. Is this the case? What alternatives are there?

On a side issue, the 21" display can be upgraded but E-Machines say that
the 17" monochrome display will not work with an SE/30. I don't know
which display I am getting (this is a fire "sale"), but if it is a 17"
monitor, will there be no way to install it in an SE/30? What exactly is
the incompatibility in display cards between an SE and an SE/30?
