It looks like an external (zero-footprint) hard drive and sits 
under the SE, connecting to the SCSI port.
The big drawback is that you get 8 lousy colors. 
Prices are as follows: 
        1024 x 512 display memory  -  $895.00
        1024 x 1024 display memory - $1295.00
        1024 x 2048 display memory - $1995.00
Aren't there any color video cards available for the SE's
expansion slot?
