Opcode "Studio Plus Two" MIDI interface for sale for Macintosh. This 
interface has 32 channels, 2 in and 6 out. It can run off both the printer 
and modem ports simultaneously. It has switches for both ports so you don't 
have to loose the use of either port for other devices. Also has LED lights 
for in/out for both ports.
