Has anyone installed the heavy-duty Mac+ PSU upgrade kit that
Soft Soultions sells? If so, I would appreciate it if you could
answer a few questions for me.

How much does it cost?
How easy is it to install?
Does the kit include the heavy-duty wiring harness (18-AWG) and improved
 flyback transformer?

Also, 

How much does Soft Solutions charge for their 12Vdc and 120Vac internal fans?
