I have been saying that MAZ remaps the normal 640 x 480 pixel display onto a 704 * 512 pixel screen but without displaying any additional information. In effect, a simple magnification. Simple magnification is available on many monitors via knobs. But after re-reading the MAZ docs it appears that more information is displayed using MAZ. If the resolution of the Apple RGB monitor is 75 dpi then one goes from a normal 8.53" x 6.40" display to a 9.38" x 6.83" display when you use MAZ. Furthermore you should be able to see more of the rulers in Word, MacDraw and the like. Sorry about the bad information. Matt
