Does anyone here have a way to print PICT files from HyperCard 2.0?  The 
PICTURE XCMD does a wonderful job of displaying the files on-screen, but 
as far as I can tell there's no way at the moment to *print* the images. 
Apple's TNPict (used in the Mac Tech Notes stacks sent to developers) 
used to do a nice job with HC 1.2.x, but it doesn't work at all with HC 
2.0.  I need to print 300 dpi 1-bit scans ...
