(I still think Apple has a problem with >their mice.) My mouse died recently (it was three weeks old.) I took it to my local Apple dealer who cheerfully replaced it with a new one. Yes, I know that it was still under warranty and they had to do that, but the tech that gave me the new mouse said that they order quite a few extra mice because this happens a lot. I was lucky, I got the last one from the current month's shipment. Anyway, I tried it out to make sure it worked and promptly shelved it. I now use a Kensington Turbo Mouse.
