The submenu (hierarchical menu) problem has a new twist.  Any program which is
supposed to have a submenu only only comes up with the arrow.  By continuing
to hold down that menu selection for 5 seconds, the submenu does eventually
appear.  I first noticed the problem with System 6.0.7 on a IIcx.  The same
problem occurs with System 6.0.2 when booted from a floppy.  I've replaced AND
reinstalled 6.0.7 and trashed all my INITs but the problem persists.  It is
very annoying since I use several programs which have submenus but it takes 5
seconds every time I need to access a submenu.  Any advice on this bizarre
problem would be appreciated.
