  Do to changes in the Process Manager between 7.0B3 and 7.0B4, SADE 1.3A2 no 
longer works with 7.0B4.  You should be using SADE 1.3A5, which is part of the
7.0B4 CD-ROM.
  The question I have, is how did you get 7.0B4, without getting the tools
that are being distributed with it?
