Does anyone know where I can get foreign language dictionaries (mainly German and Spanish) for MS Word 4.0?  I work in a computer lab here on campus and many users who write papers for language classes complain because they can't check the spelling of their documents.

Preferably, the dictionaries would be shareware/freeware/PD/etc., because getting money to buy something like this is quite involved and must be approved by lots of people.
