I am trying to print condensed characters on the NCR 6450 Matrix
Line Printer, but unfortunately I do not know the appropriate
escape character codes.  The condensed characters I am trying to
print are 17cpi [16E in the Operator's Manual].

Does anyone know the escape characters to change to 17cpi and then
back to normal (10cpi) printing?  I would appreciate a quick answer
since I am struggling with the printer at this moment.

Long term, I would like to know of a reference source that tells _all_
the escape characters, so that I won't have to post an article to the
network each time I need more information.
