Please remember to include the OS version (1.0, 1.0a, or 2.0) and your
CPU type (030 or 040).  Also state if you have the extended distribution
with on-line documentation or not. This will aid people in helping you quickly,
and not recommending a solution that is inappropriate or telling you to
go RFTM if they are not there.

I was puzzled recently about the Terminal problem, since 2.0 it is easier
to use (Thanks Scott), and almost as useful as Stuart!  Once I realized
it was 1.0 Terminal (ick!)...
