That solved my problem. Since my office machine is SysV, I had to create a terminfo and termcap entry for something I called a vt100-43. This worked. I appreciate your restraint in avoiding the dreaded RTFM word. Like you my first reaction to a question like this is, "Did you read the manual." I didn't. I got sandbagged by the "intuitive" nature of the GUI and assumed, since there wasn't a preference menu item for Terminal there wasn't any way to do what I wanted to do. Oh, well. I have to say, this really works great! I have a nice large 14pt type which my tired old eyes can take in with ease and a full 43 lines to handle the entire scope of my application. In fact, this is easier to read than the Wyse 60!
